High end Hotel, Gastronomic restaurant, Spa in Medieval Town.
To individually design and source all materials for the newly added extension to the premises comprising of 8 new bedrooms, renovation of 3 family suites and 3 bedrooms in annexe area, spa area with swimming pool, wellbeing and massage rooms, elegant high-end gastronomic restaurant, corridors, landing and boutique.
Designed with the same look and feel throughout but the use of a unique colour scheme and different material for each room provides a sense of continuity whilst being individual. A contemporary accent has been put on the material whilst the colours on the walls remain classic to fit in with the style of the period building. The furniture has been selected and painted to match the colour scheme and theme of each room. The bathrooms are sightly ecclectic with a use of modern fittings and old fashioned stones.
Highly refined and welcoming to fit in with the gastronomic 'A la Carte' menu. Designed in lilac grey tones - good for the appetite - with a light bespoke texture on the walls, modern wenge style furniture, straight plain dark aubergine satin finish linen, chandeliers and contemporary art on the walls.
Spa, swimming pool and Massage Rooms
Designed with the use of the original stone walls, dark modern style glass mosaic mixed with old stone tiles and natural tones give the whole environment a relaxing and clean atmosphere.
Corridors and halls
The long and dark corridors have been lightened up by a warm natural tone of Tactite texture, natural tone carpet and dark bedroom doors. Lights are subtle and highlight the medieval walls of the building which have been preserved in certain areas.
